Simple Rules to be Followed

 For Monday:

•  Do not take Alcoholic Drinks
• Do not eat Non – Veg. / Eggs
• Lead a Saatvik Life (follow Brahmacharya)

 

For Thursday :

•  Do not take Alcoholic Drinks
• Do not eat Non – Veg. / Eggs
• Do not use Soap on head
• Do not wash clothes
• Do not Donate Money / Grains (Prepared food can be donated)
• Do not lend Money
• Do not cut Hair / Nails
• Do not Shave, trim, wax, etc.
• Lead a Saatvik Life (follow Brahmacharya)
