In September 1985 I had been deputed in an Exhibition in West Berlin (the then West Germany ). After the exhibition I had taken some leave to visit United Kingdom and see my cousin sister in Essex. Since I had done a lot of air travel by that time , I wanted a change and took train journey from West Berlin to Hock- van- Holland port( in Holland ) via East Germany ( in those days Berlin Wall still existed ). From Hock -van- Holland I took a Ship and went to Liverpool crossing the North sea in 8 hours. From Liverpool I went to Essex by train to see my cousin sister.
After spending a few days , I took the same journey back . When I boarded the ship at Liverpool , it was a bright sunny day and I went to the top deck and fell asleep on a bench. After some time I woke up and went on a side to see where the ship had reached as more than an hour had passed .Surprisingly I found that the ship was still at the shore and had not even sailed. I got worried and went to enquire on the lower deck enquiry ( it was a eight storied ship ).
I was informed that there was a technical defect and ship could not sail. I told the Dy. Captain that in such an eventuality I would miss the connecting train from Hock-van-Holland to West Berlin and also my connecting flight from Berlin to Delhi. I requested the staff on duty to send a telex / telephonic message to the authorities in East Berlin to delay the train. They tried but there was no response . It went on like this and I got annoyed .
Finally the Ship started 4 hours late , when the chief Engineer gave the clearance . I became very tense as I would have been in problem if I had to miss my flight from Germany to India .
The sea that day was very rough and the ship was swaying sideways and one could not walk straight . I prayed to Poojya Guruji to help me and bail me out. First time in the history of voyages( I was told later ) the ship covered the eight hours journey in only 6 hours and that too when sea was so rough . Since more than 500 people had to get down at Hock-van-Holland , I took my heavy luggage and stood in the front since there was to be a long queue for visa / immigration . I was amongst the first ones to get the visa clearance on landing and with my heavy luggage . I ran with the trolley from the Immigration to the train platform. The train to Berlin was still waiting (they had received messages but had not replied . When I reached my coach , a very strong ( wrestler built ) man asked me if I needed any help and I replied in the affirmative requesting him to lift my luggage and put in the coach.
As soon as I boarded the train , it started. Later on I came to know that a major train accident had taken place the same day on that route .ie. Hock-van-Holland to West Berlin. But by the time our train passed , the track was already cleared and the remaining two hours we covered by the train. I had to reach West Berlin by 7 AM but the train reached about 10 minutes before time. An Indian friend had to come and receive me. He came later than me and enquired if I had a comfortable journey. I replied in affirmative and thanked Guruji . He told me there was a lot of time before taking flight to New Delhi. He took me to his house and I had a hot bath , sleep and did more sight seeing in Berlin. I comfortably took the flight back to New Delhi.
When I visited Gurgaon on next bara Veer war , Poojya Guruji smiled and mentioned ” Puttar thik thak aa gayan wein” (“Son, you have returned alright”). I thanked Guruji profusely and touched his feet .

“Miracle Darshan” – narrated by Nawal Kant Sethi
Many times while going to office at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, I used to go to Guruji’s office at Curzon Road (Kasturba Gandhi Marg) and have His Darshan in the morning. People used to wait in different Corridors of Soil Survey Office and many of them were scared as some time they may be rebuked by Guruji. But I was extremely lucky to never be rebuked by him and he would call “ Ooye Gupteya Chai Bhejen” —- calling Gupta Tea Stall wala to send tea. He would Bless Tea and give me. One day it had been quite some time since I met Guruji and was remembering him while driving on Shankar Road. I was then at crossing of Shankar Road and Ganga Ram Marg at Red light. Suddenly I saw a white Fiat car stop on my right side and window pane of rear window was rolled down and wow I saw Guruji. I immediately went out to him and touched his lotus feet. He smiled and said “ Puttar Green light ho jave gi”. I said “ Guruji tuse light ve change kar diyoge” He smiled. I was so lucky to have his Darshan when I thought about it. He is very kind.

My visit to Cairo (Egypt) – I got an order to go to Cairo (Egypt) in 1987 for one month on office work. My father was in advance stage of Cancer and being the only son , I was very worried to leave him in that stage and go abroad. I talked to Guruji and he said” Puttar Ja , Kuch nahin hovega” . I went in March 1987 and came back in first week of April 1987. My father died on 15th May 1987—ie. after one month of my coming back. After his death , on Bara Veerwar Guruji told me “ Puttar tere Pitaji theek jagah pahunch gaye ne. Je tun milna , te main milva sakna wan” I folded hands and touched his feet that Guruji is our benefactor and let him rest in peace at his feet.

My father’s illness and AIIMS doctors were astonished My father got Prostrate Cancer and had five operations. He was very worried as my youngest sister Dr. Kumudini was not married as yet. He talked to Guruji who told him not to worry and that during his lifetime Guruji will get her married. Within next two years we looked for matches and as per Guruji’s Blessings, Kumudini got married in December 1984 and my father expired in May 1987. Meanwhile his surgeries for Cancer followed by Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy continued. He used to pass blood in urine profusely but doctors at AIIMS Hospital were astonished that his Haemoglobin level never went down —with Guruji’s miracle. Jai Maha-Gurudev.

Guruji’s last journey— seen in dream before he left physical form – Some days before Poojya Guruji took Samadhi, I saw a strange dream that I was standing on the opposite side of Punjabi Bagh Club near City Banquet and was putting flowers on body of Guruji being taken on a carriage on his last journey to Neel Kanth Dham. When I woke up I got very scared to think about it and did not talk to any one. After some days I was at Swimming Pool in Punjabi Bagh Club where my son and daughter were swimming in the evening. Suddenly my wife came running and said that Poojya Guruji had taken Samadhi at Punjabi Bagh Sthaan. We were all shocked , grieved and went immediately to have Darshan. Next day I telephonically informed Sunder Singh in Sweden and Mahesh, from Bulandshahar (UP) — two other devotees. Mahesh said he was starting in his Jeep from Bulandshahar and we must wait for him to join the procession to Neel Kanth Dham. I waited and waited and Mahesh got very late. We rushed and when we reached… the procession had already reached near City Banquet (opp. to Punjabi Bagh Club). I just reached and stood there and showered flowers on Poojya Guruji— exactly as I had seen in the dream. Even now no one comes empty handed after praying at His Samadhi and daily miracles happen. Poojya Guruji is very very kind and merciful. My head bows in full reverence and Sashtang Pranam to Him.

Miracle on Mahashivratri – On a Mahashivratri more than 25 years ago I had gone to Gurgaon with family in my Fiat car. As usual we got very late after standing for hours and hours in the serpentine queue and came back after mid night after having Aloo and Nimbu Chai Prasad. As soon as we reached home, both my children—Nikku & Mini , wife–Jyotsna and mother started having vomits and dysentery. So many times they went to toilet in half an hour that whole house was stinking. My father who had not gone to Gurgaon contacted Dr. Sangh in ESI Hospital, Basai darapur —a senior doctor who happened to be son of his old friend. He discussed the symptoms and doctor said that we had serious food poisoning and wanted us to be hospitalised immediately. I took all of them in car and got admitted in early hours. As soon as I parked the car, I also got vomiting and same symptoms. We were all hospitalised and Glucose drip was put and stomach wash was initiated. We had no contact with any one—as there were no Mobile phones in those days. After an hour and a half, early morning we suddenly found RajPaul Guriji in Hospital. He smiled and gave us Onion juice with lemon. After some time we all became OK and went home. Later on we came to know that Poojya Guruji had sent him from Gurgaon to save us. He is very merciful. WE also came to know that someone without Guruji’s orders had mixed banana with Aloo Prasad at Langar’s place. How could Guruji allow this to be swallowed by us after our Mahashivratri fast ? Jai Gurudev.

One Darshan of Guruji and all life’s problems finished – In 1980-81 sometimes I used to take my official Jeep with family to go to Gurgaon on Bara veerwar. My driver Amar Singh used to sleep in the jeep when we used to stand in queue for hours. After couple of months I asked Amar Singh how is it that he had no desire to have Poojya Guruji’s Darshan and he cooly slept? He said he was not too keen but on our insistence he stood in the queue with us. After Guruji put him Kada and blessed him, suddenly all his problems vanished. He went to Guruji first time with so much total surrender and dedication that all his family problems finished. He became a great believer and devotee of Guruji. His son left drinking after he gave him Jal regularly and he used to say that his pocket was never short of money whereas earlier he had financial problems. His Kada used to shine always. Guruji is great and He is the only Fact in our Life.
