“Instant Relief from shoulder pain” – Narrated by Bindu Sekhri

Last weekend I messed up my workout for arms and shoulders. The following day I held my handbag casually with a folded arm and to my surprise I felt acute pain and couldn’t straighten it. My entire right arm and shoulder froze. I couldnt move my arm even an inch and was unable to even hold a glass in my hand. I wasn’t comfortable in any sitting or laying position and cried out to Bapu for help. I called Papaji and he asked me to apply Vibhuti and raise my arm over the shoulder and bring it down with force. The pain was so acute that the thought of extending it over my shoulder was……. nevermind.

Moving on, I did as I was told… and it felt like I had been asked to jump off a cliff. I shut my mind off and applied force and… to my relief.. within the next one and half minute my pain was gone. I went thru with my daily routine today at work and at home and there’s no trace of any pain. Afreen Gurudev… I’m sitting 10’s of thousands of miles away and you cured me of my pain on the phone… and that too in less than 2 minutes! I feel so protected… so blessed that I have you in my life. I need you always.. and couldn’t imagine a life without you.
